As Attendance is GPS dependent, every attendance can be tracked, and you can learn the real location of login and logout.
This feature helps log in to all employees, including the higher authorities as per their schedule. Toggle buttons for login, and it starts counting the working hours.
Two 15-minute breaks and one Lunch Break of 30 minutes can be activated by toggling the specific buttons with a BIO break. Total off-time will be counted in the login section.
Total duration in the office/ at work and total working hours (deducting break hours from the total duration) will be displayed in the login menu section. All employees can view their details.
Employee birthdays, performance appraisals, work anniversaries, special announcements for the employees, etc. can be displayed here.
This menu is for setting individual profiles where the blood group, PAN number, etc. option is available.
After clicking on the attendance menu, you will get re-clickable menus like Roster, late-login details, current month attendance details (you can select any month in your working duration), Loss pay details of the current months (retrievable all working months), employee hierarchy, break time exceed history, attendance log report, etc. Attendance Log Report: This menu is remarkable because the feature contains the details of the employees working under a team leader or manager. Only leaders can access this menu and observe all the attendance-related details over there.

Clicking on this menu, you can view all the leave buckets (CL, PL, SL, etc.). Employees can view their leave details and apply for it as per requirements. Management can set special terms on applying for leave, especially for PL and SL.
When any employee wants to resign from the company, they have to fill out the separation form. On approval of the application, LRA1 (Team Lead), and LRA2 (Manager/HOD) will conduct interviews for the reason for the separation, and other details are asked and noted online.

This menu declares the list of yearly leaves (compulsory offs). So, you can view and learn the leaves you have at hand online without asking anybody.
Clicking on the menu, you will get “Company Policy.” Here, you can enter all the customized policy types that you will follow. Starting from dress code policy, you can add appraisal policy, incentive policy, maternity or zero tolerance policies, and so on.
In some cases, employee performance or conduct with colleagues or supervisors may be intolerable. In those cases, employees can track how many warning emails they have received and their reasons.
For some specific reasons, a Team Leader or manager may choose the salary hold option for any of the team members through this niche.
Hiring schedule, selected candidates, collected document upload, approval from the higher authority, etc. menus are available to keep track and record the entire hiring process and employee details.
This menu shows the details of the Employee CTC, Salary Slip, and So On. Employees can download their salary slips from there by proving their authentication.
Under the Performance Management System, an employee can set their own PMSs, and the Team Leaders/ Managers can also set PMS for the employees.
In some crucial circumstances, an employee may be required to work in a week-off or government holiday. They can apply for the compulsory off through this section. Only the higher authority (TL/Managers) can approve it.
As per the requirement, Team leaders or managers can assign tasks to other employees or the team or co-related teams (e.g. IT team) so that they finish the task on time and everybody gets informed about the task.
